I understand that contributions by individuals are limited to $200 for the primary election and $200 for the general election. However, general election contributions may be made prior to the primary. I intend any portion of my contribution exceeding $200 to be designated for the general election.

	Contributions to "Citizens for Spencer Swalm" are not tax deductible. Under Colorado campaign finance law (1-45-108 CRS), the campaign is required to report to the Colorado Secretary of State the name and address of anyone contributing more than $19 to the campaign. Additionally, the campaign is required to report to the Colorado Secretary of State the name, address, employer and occupation of anyone who contributes more than $99 to the campaign.
